The Albatros Resort is an All-inclusive family-friendly hotel centred around four pools and giant water slides, 700 metres from the beach on Egypt’s Red Sea coast, 20 minutes from Hurghada centre. The hotel has 265 air- conditioned guestrooms decorated in light colours with floral fabrics in natural tones, woven rugs and modern furnishings. Sliding doors open onto furnished balconies, and bathrooms have showers, tubs and complimentary toiletries. All include satellite TV, direct-dial phones and minibars.
The hotel has four large fresh water pools with four giant (120 metre) water slides which can be enjoyed by both adults and children alike for days of swimming fun and sunbathing. Kids also have mini-club (ages 4 to 12 years), playground and children’s pool. For the energetic there is a fitness room with gym equipment, and after a workout guests can relax in the spa tub, sauna and steam room, or unwind with a massage. Guests enjoy access to a tennis court, volleyball pitch, boccia and miniature golf course, and there are dance lessons and aerobics classes as well as water gymnastics and water polo. A free shuttle bus runs to the private, sandy beach, 700 metres away, which offers beach volley, water sports and a diving centre. As well as various sports programmes during the day, there is daily evening entertainment including live music, dancing, theme nights and activities such as bingo nights. The hotel has a shopping arcade with 10 shops or guests can take the shuttle bus to Hurghada centre (surcharge). Practical amenities include a 24-hour front desk, round the clock room service, ATM machine and currency exchange, laundry and dry cleaning, medical services and limo services. Hurghada Airport is 10 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 15 minutes. All-Inclusive plan - The All-Inclusive rate includes the following: Room accommodations, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurants; all local alcoholic beers, wines and spirits and soft drinks, tea and coffee from 10 AM until midnight; snacks including pizzas, hot dogs, salads, burgers and chips; ice cream and popcorn for children from noon until 8 PM.
